Answers to the most common questions about GlowUP. Can't find yours? We're one email away.

01 / GETTING STARTED

How do I log in to the app?

After you complete your purchase, we'll send an email with your login details and a link to download GlowUP. Didn't get it within a few minutes? Check your Spam or Promotions folder, or write to us and we'll resend it.

What do I need to get my personal program?

Just your phone. Download GlowUP from the App Store or Google Play, sign in with the email you used at checkout, and your personalized routine will be waiting for you. No tools or equipment needed.

How much time do I need each day?

Sessions take 5 to 12 minutes. You can start with just five minutes a day and adjust the length and intensity whenever you like.

When will I notice a difference?

Most people first notice how their face feels: less tension in the jaw and forehead, a more relaxed look after a long day. Every experience is individual. We recommend practicing consistently for at least 6–8 weeks. Face yoga is wellness care, not medical treatment.

02 / ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTION

The app doesn't recognize my purchase. What should I do?

Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used at checkout. Try logging out and back in using the details from your welcome email. If that doesn't help, contact us with your purchase email and we'll sort it out.

How can I manage or cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage it in your store account settings. If you subscribed on our website, email us and we'll help you pause, change, or cancel your plan.

I'm not sure GlowUP is right for me. What guarantees do I have?

We want GlowUP to feel genuinely good to use. If it's not a fit, contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund under our Money-Back Policy.

03 / PRACTICE & SAFETY

Is face yoga safe for me?

Face yoga and facial massage are gentle practices, and movements should never hurt. If you've recently had injectables or facial surgery, or you have a skin condition, jaw (TMJ) problems, or facial nerve issues, check with your doctor before starting.

Do I need any tools or creams?

No tools are required. For massage movements, a few drops of facial oil or your usual moisturizer help your fingers glide without pulling the skin.

Can I practice if I wear makeup or have sensitive skin?

We recommend practicing on clean skin with clean hands. If your skin is sensitive, use a light touch, a gentle oil, and skip any movement that causes redness or discomfort.
